Yin & Sound Experience

Once a month we come together for a beautiful evening of Yin Yoga accompanied with sound.

What to expect

Sink into deep rest with this 2-Hour Yin & Sound Journey, a slow, deeply restorative evening designed to release tension and quiet the mind. Long-held yin poses open the body gently and gradually, while the sound of crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes washes over you, guiding you into profound relaxation and stillness. No experience necessary.
